Align one of the Wheels (I) into the
slots on the Base (J),
using the help of another person
take the Lower Pole (C) and place
into the front of the Base.
Thread the Axle (E) trough the holes
to the Wheel and through the Lower
Pole and then to the second Wheel.
Take both Braces (D) and align the
holes up with those on the base,
secure the four holes on the base
using (#1) Bolts.
Then secure to the Lower Pole (C)
using (#3) BOLTS tightening to
secure.
