PLAYING
PREPARATION
@ Lower the amplifier volume.
Turn
on the amplifier
and
set
the amplifier input selector to PHONO.
© Place
a record on the turntable.
@ Adjust the Pitch
Control.
For
a GOHz
power
line frequency area, use the upper two lines,
and for a 50 Hz area, the lower two lines.

@ According
to the
record
size, select the correct position of
the Record
Size Selector.
Be sure that the setting of the
Record
Size
Selector
matches
the record
size.
If not, the tonearm
may lower where the record
does
not exist and the stylus tip may
be damaged.
@ Touch
the metallic
portion
of the START/STOP
Button,
and
the
Start
Lamp
will light
up.
The
tonearm
will
move
auto-
matically and lower itself onto the record.
The play will begin.
© Adjust
the
sound
level,
stereo
balance
and tone quality of
the amplifier according to your preference.
@ After
playing,
the
tonearm
will
return
automatically
to the
Arm Rest.
To stop during play, touch the START/STOP
button.
The
Return
Lamp
will light up,
and
the tonearm
will
return
to the rest.
@ Turn
off the POWER
Switch
after the
tonearm
returns
fully
to the
Arm
Rest.
If the
POWER
Switch
is turned
off in the
midst of the return
operation,
the unit will
not
start
correctly
the next time.
