RECOMENDATION FOR USE
Loading bread slices :
- Bread slices can be either placed by the loading grid or directly placed
on the belt.
Parameters of belt (2) speed can be easly changed.
In both machines beyond belt speed is posible to set, by the right switch
(6) only toast (upper and lower heating) or bun ( lower heating only) mode.
Output/ discharge of bread slices:
- Bread discharges at the front of the unit (5).
FIRST USE OR REUSE OF THE APPLIANCE AFTER A LONG
PERIOD OF IDLENESS (SEE FIG. PAGE 2)
1.Use the appliance in airy spots (only for the first time).
2.Check position of crumb tray (3) and brad collector pan (5) as shown in
the picture at page 1.
3.Connect the power plug with the socket.
4.Turn the main switch on (1).
5.Set speed (2) turn lighting switches for bottom and upper elements on
(9; 10)
6. Set top heating (7) and bottom heating (8)
7. Leave it working for about 40 minutes before loading.
USE
Repeat the above mentioned operations from step 2 to 5
Belt and elements next to baking chamber are anyway very hot. At the
switching off of the appliance (and cooling system) the temperature of the
top cover increases for about 1O minutes.
Bread toasted by this appliance might be very hot. Handle with care.
SUGGESTIONS
Time needed to reach the right bread and food cooking point depends
on several factors: quality, freshness, thickness, shape of food and its
stuffing. Find by subsequent tests the best setting for your requirements
Best results are reached with slightly dry bread at room temperature.
If the toaster is too close to a heat source (for example to a fryer or a fry
top) and it is exposed to a temperature which exceeds 35°C, move it to a
new and fresher position
CLEANING: UNPLUG THE TOASTER BEFORE CLEANING
Let the appliance cool off before cleaning or moving it.
Clean the appliances externally with a damp cloth or special products for
stainless steel. Take the crumb tray daily out (3), empty and clean it.
Tear the crumb tray from the front beneath controls.
MAINTENANCE
Unplug the toaster before maintenance operations.
In case of failure, contact the manufacturer.
Check quarterly state of: power cord, plug, terminal for connection of
external equipotential conductor knobs, securing screws, belt.
Monthly check the fan, which is placed beneath controls; if dusty, remove
dust from the fan. Oil and grease on the fan/ external surface of the toaster
shows it is likely not placed in a suitable position, which migh reduce the
lifetime of the product. Move it to a cleaner area
