3. ASSEMBLY
STEP 1 Fig. 2
Twisting disc installation
- Remove the pre-installed hex bolts from the twisting disc with the Allen spanner provided.
- Secure the twisting disc to the rear stabiliser platform with the hexagonal bolts provided.
- Use an Allen spanner to tighten the hex bolts until they are firm and secure.

2. A. Pin installation
Remove the pin to expand the main frame. Then, reinsert the pin to fix the position.
2. B. Rear stabiliser installation
Remove the pre-installed hex bolts from the rear stabiliser with the Allen spanner provided.
Lift the rear of the main frame and fix the rear stabiliser to the rear bracket of the main frame
with a hexagonal bolt and a curved washer on both sides. Use an Allen spanner to tighten the
hex bolts until they are firm and secure.
2. C. Front stabiliser installation
Follow the same installation procedure as the rear stabiliser. Remove the pre-installed
hexagonal bolts from the front stabiliser, lift the front of the main frame and secure the front
stabiliser to the front bracket of the main frame with a hexagonal bolt and a curved washer on
both sides. Use an Allen spanner to tighten the hex bolts until they are firm and secure.

3. A. Installation of the upper handlebar on the main frame
Fit the handlebar into the corresponding holes in the main frame. Secure the front handlebar
with two hex bolts and two spring washers supplied. Then tighten with the Allen spanner
provided.
3. B. Installation of the display on the handlebar
Insert the display into the handlebar correctly. At the same time, insert each plug of the cable
into the corresponding socket.

4. A. Installation of the left pedal on the left crank
Insert the left pedal (L) into the threaded hole of the left crank.

Turn the pedal spindle counterclockwise by hand until it is tight. Use the spanner to fully
tighten the left pedal.
4. B. Installation of the right pedal on the right crank
Insert the right pedal (R) into the threaded hole of the right crank.
Turn the pedal spindle clockwise by hand until it is tight. Use the spanner to fully tighten the
right pedal.
NOTE:
Make sure that the right pedal (R) matches the right crank, and the left pedal (L) matches the
left crank. Otherwise, the cranks could be damaged.

Saddle and backrest assembly
5. A. Position the rear handlebar on the saddle post and align the screw holes on the
underside. Secure the rear handlebar with two hex bolts and two spring washers supplied.
Position the backrest on the saddle post and align the screw holes on the back.

Secure the backrest with the four hexagonal screws provided.
5. C. Remove the pre-installed nuts from the saddle with the spanner provided, place the
saddle on the post and align the screw holes on the underside, fit the nuts and tighten with
the Allen spanner provided.

Saddle post installation
Insert the saddle post into the main frame and insert the locking knob into a hole in the seat
post.
Make sure that the locking knob pin fits into the hole in the saddle post. Then tighten the
locking knob by turning it clockwise.

- To increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise.
- To decrease the resistance, turn the resistance knob counterclockwise.
- There are 8 resistance levels.
Battery Installation
Remove the battery cover from the display and install the two AA batteries supplied. Be sure
to install the batteries in the correct orientation or electronic components may be damaged.
Adjusting the saddle height
A Loosen the knob counterclockwise.
Adjust the saddle to the desired height.
