Instructions before use
• The installation and connection of this charging device to the power grid must be operated by
professional personnel.
• During the installation, maintenance or replacement of the charging station, the power supply must
be cut off to prevent electric shock.
• The power supply must be consistent with the requirements of this charger, and the ground wire
must be reliably grounded.
• Please do not plug or remove the charging gun when the current is on, so as to avoid irreversible
damage to the charging pile and the car.
• All tools used should be insulated to prevent exposed metal parts from touching the metal frame,
causing a short circuit.
• Do not modify, retrofit, or change any part by yourself under any circumstances.
• Please strictly follow the design parameters and operating conditions during use and do not exceed
the threshold in this user manual, otherwise the equipment may be damaged.
• Ensure the service life and operation of the mobile charger are stable, and the environment for use
of the equipment should be kept as clean, constant temperature and humidity as possible. The mobile
charger must not be used in the presence of volatile gas or flammable atmosphere.
• Keep the charger away from children.

Cable Requirement
The minimum cable required for this charging device is 3*6 square. The length shall not
exceed 40 meters. If more than 40 meters, please choose 3*10 square cable.
Use at least C40 circuit breaker for a 7KW charger.
Installation Steps
Connecting the wire:
•
(N), ground wire (PE) to the zero line (PE) one by one, and fasten the screws on the wiring or
terminal block.
Installed on a wall:
Select a wall to be installed and identify the height of installation point.

A height of 1.4m is recommended for the charger, and the holder at 20CM directly below the
charger;
Installed on a pedestal stand:

How to use the charger
To start charging
1. Stalling the vehicle, open the AC charging port of the car.
2. Insert the type 2 gun into the car charging port to connect.
3. Turn on the circuit switch to power on. The indicator light flashes green, indicating it is
charging;
