Why is the Video Doorbell not turning on?
•
Make sure the breaker is turned on.
•
Make sure the power source that supplies the video doorbell is 16-24 VAC.
•
Connect the video doorbell using the provided USB power cable. Make sure the USB cable is
connected to a 5V 2A USB power adapter (not included) that is also connected to a power
outlet.
•
Select the correct option when connecting a Wi-Fi Chimebox. During setup, select Not Now. Do
not select Mechanical Chime or your doorbell will not power on.
How do I change the Video Doorbell's ringtone?
1.
Open the Lorex app and tap
above the camera's thumbnail.
2.
Tap Sound Settings > Doorbell Ringtone
Sound Settings > Doorbell Ringtone, and then select the ringtone you want to use.
How do I activate the Deterrence Light and/or Smart Security LED when motion is detected?
1.
Open the Lorex app and tap
above the camera's thumbnail.
2.
Tap Light Settings, and then
Deterrence Light Mode to select a solid or flashing light, and then Light Brightness to adjust
the brightness level.
3.
Tap
to enable Activate Status LED on Detection, and then LED Color to set a custom
Smart Security LED color.
How do I enable the Night Light Mode?
1.
Open the Lorex app and tap
above the camera's thumbnail.

Tap Light Settings, and then
