Fix the side Velcro behind the plastic seat connector (see above picture).

USAGE OF BUMPER BAR
Slide bumper onto brackets until you hear a click sound.
Press two buttons and lift the bumper bar at the same
time to remove it.
Please always attach the cover when bumper is removed to
avoid finger entrapment.
