product to come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does
get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service

Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high, and heat

sources such as ovens.
Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows, blankets or other objects on or

against the product. This may cause a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage
to the product.
Do not use the product to dry clothes.

Do not insert objects through the ventilation holes of the product.

2.4 Electronics
Do not disassemble, repair or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the

product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service
personnel. Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and
personal injury.
Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating
•
plate matches that of your mains supply.
Do not use an extension cord. Make sure the product is plugged into a grounded outlet to
•
which no other appliances are connected.
Place the product on a hard, stable, level and horizontal surface.

Do not place the product on carpet or under an electrical outlet.
•
Place the product so that the power outlet is easily accessible and not shielded by the
•
product.
Place the product at least 1 meter away from furniture, curtains and other flammable
•
materials.
If the product is installed in an open hearth, seal the chimney to reduce the risk of drafts
•
behind the hearth. This may cause the safety device to shut off the fireplace.
Do not connect the product to a timer or a power supply that regularly turns on and off by a
•
program.
Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is
•
any, do not use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by
authorized service personnel.
