Step 3: HEADLIGHT FENDER ASSEMBLY
Turn the bike upside down.
Adjust the angle of the display to avoid
direct contact with the ground.
Secure the rest of the fender to the fork as
shown above.The fender can be adjusted
so that it does not obstruct the front tires.
Put the screws through the bike frame -
headlight - fender in order.

Then install the washer and tighten the nut.
