RIGID LATCH - WHY TO USE IT?
This booster seat features rigid LATCH which secures
the booster to the vehicle:
• Using rigid LATCH is optional.
• With or without rigid LATCH, this booster seat
meets or exceeds all safety standards and can
keep your child safe.
• However, Peg Perego strongly recommends
using rigid LATCH with this booster seat
whenever possible. Rigid LATCH gives this
booster seat added stability in case of a sudden
stop or sharp turn. Rigid LATCH also prevents the
booster from flying around when the child is not
in it, which can hurt others in the car.
Your child will always use the seat belt across them
as their restraint. This is regardless of whether or not
you have used rigid LATCH to secure the booster to
the vehicle.
