Device control via voice commands
You can now control your smart device via Google
Home. Use the following commands using the name you
have assigned to the product.
"OK Google, turn on/off garden light".
Note: Voice assistants will only be supported if the muvit iO product
with Bluetooth Mesh is compatible with the assistants. The "Key
box" is not compatible with voice assistants.

QUESTIONS
1. What should I do if the device setup process has
failed?
•
Check that the product is powered on and the LED
light is flashing as shown in the app.
•
Check if your mobile device is connected to a
2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The name of the Wi-Fi
network (SSID) should not say "Plus" or "5G". If
in doubt, you can contact your operator or our
technical support to verify the network.
•
Check if the devices connected to the router
reach the maximum allowed limit. Please try to
turn off the Wi-Fi function of some devices and
reconfigure the product.
