SETUP
ASSEMBLY:
1. Insert 4 bolts(A) through holes in the foot
bracket(C) and the lower frame(B) as
shown, thread lock 4 nuts(D) onto bolts
and tighten one full turn past snug.
See Figure A.

2. Insert the axle through the wheel,
flat washer and frame sleeve in turn,
then insert the pin lock clamp through the
hole on the axle.

3. Push and hold the button on the
frame(B) as you slide the handle(A) out
the holes in the frame, rotate 180°, then
push and hold the button on the frame
as you slide the handle into the frame.

4. Insert the hose holder(A) through holes
in the handle(B), thread lock 1 nut(C)
onto one end of holder and tighten one
full turn past snug.

collar(C) of pump, insert hose
