Setting the Anti-Collision Sensitivity
For safety reasons, the height adjustment stops and rebounds slightly when it encounters an obstacle. If the sensitivity is set too high,

this function may be triggered undesirably. If the function is triggered too often, you can reduce the sensitivity.
If you need higher sensitivity, you can adjust the sensitivity as follows: Press and hold the button "M" for 15 seconds, and the display will

show "S-X". Press "M" again to set the parameters. Use the button "↑" or "↓" to adjust the sensitivity ("0" stands for off, "1" stands for lowest
sensitivity, "8" stands for highest sensitivity). Finally, press "M" to save the setting.

Solutions
Wait 20 minutes to use the height adjustment again.
Follow the steps below to check.
Check if the weight of the items on the desktop is evenly
distributed (if the load is too heavy on one side). If necessary,
remove some items or arrange items within the load capacity.
Reset the system (when you release the button, it will still beep 5
times in total).
If the desktop is normally loaded, first, disconnect the controller
power by pressing any button to drain out the internal power of
the controller, then reconnect the power.
If there is no synchronous height adjustment, operate as follows:
Check whether the motor cable is connected to the interface of the
controller.
Check if the motor cable has been scratched or crushed.
Reset the system and observe the height adjustment.
If the height adjustment is not synchronized, check the two motor
interfaces and observe if the manual control error has been
changed from "E21" to "E22", that means that there is a problem
with the motor signal currently connected to the M2 interface.
Reset the system
Check if there are obstacles during height adjustment. If yes,
remove the obstacles.
Please follow the steps below to check.
Check if the controller is mounted horizontally under the desktop.
Make sure that the screws of the controller and the desktop are
tightened and that the controller does not wobble during normal
operation.
Remove the obstacles.
