DISASSEMBLING THE HYDRAULIC MOTOR
1. Remove the cover screws and remove the cover (fig. 19,
item 1). The coupler sleeve (2) should now be exposed.
2. Push the coupler sleeve upwards. The O-ring underneath
it will give some resistance. Push the coupler sleeve (2)
upwards to expose the O-ring.
3. Slide the O-ring (fig. 20, item 3) upwards so that it is clear
of the two coupling halves (4). Remove the two coupling
halves (4).
4. Once the coupling halves (4) are removed, Slide the
coupler sleeve (2) and O-ring (3) back down over the fluid
section piston (5).

The hydraulic hoses will be removed in the next

step. Make sure to have plugs or a cleaning rag on
hand in order to minimize hydraulic fluid leakage
that will occur when the hoses are removed.
5. Remove the hydraulic hoses (fig. 21, item 6-7) from the
elbow fittings.
6. Remove the four screws (8) and washers (9) from the
bottom of the hydraulic motor.

7. Using a hex wrench, remove the three long bolts (fig. 22,
item 11) from the top of the hydraulic motor.
8. Twist the the cylinder cap (12) from the cylinder (13). Pull
the cylinder off the rod seal block (14).
9. Pull the piston assembly (15) out of the rod seal block (14).
