Using the legs and braces that came with your DELTA
36-T50 T3, attach the table legs to the extension table.
1. Lay the extension table upside down on the floor or on a
bench.
2. Position the table leg (A) in the corner of the extension
table (B) as shown in Figure 6. with angle facing toward
end of board.
3. Attach the table leg to the table board with four ¾" self-
tapping screws (C). Drill a ¼" hole through the two holes
in the bracket (D) and through the table skirt. Secure the
leg to the table skirt using #10 pan head bolts, washers
and nuts.
4. Repeat Step 3 for the remaining leg.
Next, attach the threaded leveling feet to each leg as shown
in Figure 7.
1. Assemble the ⅜" jam nut (A) onto leveling screw (B).
2. Thread the leveling screw into bottom of support leg (C).
3. Assemble the remaining foot assembly to the other leg
in the same manner.
NOTE: Height adjustment will be made later
Attach the assembled extension table to the front and rear
guide rails and saw table.
4. Place table assembly (A) in position between the two
rails, as shown in Figure 8. Make sure the saw table
edge (B) is flush against edge of the extension table.
5. Using a straight edge(C), make sure the extension
table is in the same plane and level with saw table. If
necessary, lightly tap up or down and adjust leg leveling
screws to bring extension table level with saw table.
6. Use bar clamps as shown in Figure 9 to secure the
extension table to the front and rear guide rails.
7. Using the holes (A) in the front and rear guide rails as a
template, drill ¼" holes through the front and rear of the
extension table.
8. Secure the extension table to the front and rear guide
rails using ¼ -20 x 1- ¾" flat head Phillips screws, ¼ X
7/8" O.D. flat washers and hex nuts.
