Possible causes
• Interrupted power supply
• Machine's protection mechanism
is active
• NTC is damaged and heating pipe
is aging
• Connection between inlet pipe or
outlet hose and tap or washing
machine is not tight.
• Drain pipe is blocked
• The inlet pipe is not connected
firmly.
• Outlet hose has water leakage

• Fixing bolts are loosen

Solution
• Check the power supply
• Disconnect from the power
• Contact the service center
• Check and fasten the water pipes
• Clean up outlet hose
• Fix the inlet pipe
• Replace the drain hose
• Select a proper program
• Add proper detergent quantity
• Check if transport restraints have
been removed
• Check if machine is installed on
even floor
• Check for any metal articles inside
• Adjust the feet of the machine
