CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to clean your PROFESSIONAL FROZEN SLUSH MACHINE
before first use and after every use. Please follow these steps to ensure
maximum cleanliness and preserve the lifespan of your appliance.
CLEANING MODE
This appliance features a cleaning mode to assist with thorough cleaning inside
the Blending Chamber. Follow these steps to begin cleaning mode:
1.
Find a stable, waterproof surface near an electrical outlet before
starting. Make sure the cord is away from any water source.
2.
Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
3.
Drain all contents from the Blender Chamber.
4.
Ensure the Dispensing Knob is in the closed position. Remove the Lid. Fill
the Blender Chamber with a mixture of water and mild detergent.
5.
Return the lid to the top of the Blender Chamber and twist clockwise to lock it in place.
6.
On the Control Panel, press the MINUS button until the Countdown Display reads "= = "
7.
Press the START/STOP button to begin Phase 1 of cleaning mode. A 3-minute countdown
will begin on the Countdown Display. At this time, the Cooling Cylinder will turn warm.
8.
After 3 minutes, the appliance will beep and the Countdown Display
will read "= ". Completely drain the Blending Chamber.
9.
Repeat steps 3 and 4, using only warm water. Press the START/STOP button to start Phase
2 of cleaning mode. A 2-minute countdown will begin on the Countdown Display.
10. After 2 minutes, the appliance will beep. Drain all water from the Blending Chamber.
11. Inspect the Blending Chamber to make sure that all suds and
slush contents have been cleaned out of the Blending Chamber. If
necessary, repeat steps 4 – 9 to further clean your appliance.
12. Use a soft towel to dry the interior of the Blending chamber.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING STEPS:
•
After using your PROFESSIONAL FROZEN SLUSH MACHINE, disconnect from
electrical outlet. Remove the plug by gripping the plug body and pulling
out of the outlet. Never yank or twist cord to unplug the unit.

Clean the outside of Blender Chamber and main unit with a damp cloth.
•
Clean the Lid, Drip Tray, and Blending Auger with soapy water
and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

while keeping your PROFESSIONAL FROZEN SLUSH MAKER in excellent condition!
