Troubleshooting
ERROR
There is no beep when the cooker is plugged
in, or no reaction or display when pressing
the power button.
Cooker turns off after warning with
continuous beeps.
The temperature cannot be adjusted.

Please contact the official Cecotec
Technical Support Service.
First detect whether the air outlet is
blocked or not, and check if the induction
hob works properly again after cooling
down. If the mini fridge is not working
properly, please contact the official
Cecotec Technical Support Service.
Check and make sure that the appliance is
connected to a correctly installed socket
with 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz.

Disconnect the plug from the socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down. If
the problem persists, it may be a problem
with the thermostat. Please contact the
official Cecotec Technical Support Service.
CHECK
Check if plug is damaged.
Check if power is cut off.
Check if the pan is compatible with the
magnetic induction system.
Check whether the pan is centred on the
cooking surface.
Check if the pan is over the stated
diameter.
There may be some kind of hardware or
software problem with the device. Please
