INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• You can place the grill (1) of the barbecue at two heights that allow you to position it closer to or farther away
from the resistance, depending on the food you are going to cook.
• Depending on the height you want, insert the rack legs into the corresponding holes in the tray.
• The change from one height to another should always be done when the barbecue is cold.
• Pour water into the tray (3) before connecting the appliance (1.25 litres maximum), and ensure that it is not left
unattended during use. This will avoid the smoke that can occur when fat falls on the tray.
• When pouring the water, try not to touch the resistance.
• VERY IMPORTANT:
- The handle must fit perfectly in its housing, since the device has a safety system that prevents operation if the
handle is out of place or poorly positioned.
• Connect the appliance to the mains. The indicator (5) will light up.
• Wait for the resistance to warm up. Then place the food on the grill (1).
