playing an audio CD
Your boombox can play audio CDs as well as MP3s recorded on CD-R or CD-RW.
Set the function selector button to the CD/MP3/AUX position. The red power indicator light

Open the disc compartment cover and insert an audio CD with the printed side facing up.

Close the disc compartment cover. The total number of tracks appears on the display screen.

After use, carefully remove the CD, holding it by the edges.

If there is no disc in the compartment or if the disc is upside down, the screen will display
"NOd" (no disc).
Basic functions
Starts, pauses or resumes playback.
Stops playback.
Accesses the previous track.
Press and hold this button to play backwards at an accelerated speed.
Accesses the next track.
Press and hold this button to play forwards at an accelerated speed.
For CDs with MP3 audio files, go forward 10 tracks (press briefly) or access the next
FOLD+/+10
folder (press and hold).
For CDs with MP3 audio files, go backwards 10 tracks (press briefly) or access the
FOLD-/-10
previous folder (press and hold).
Creating a playlist
With the audio CD stopped, you can program a playlist of 20 tracks for audio CDs, and 99 tracks for CDs
with MP3 audio files.
Press the button
before starting to program your playlist.

Press the PROG/P-MODE button. "PROG" flashes on the LCD display. "P01" appears on the screen.
