Lack of Water.
The ice is full in the ice
basket.
The ice-making cycle is too
long.
The water temperature in the
tank is too low.
The room temperature or
water temperature in the
water tank is too high.
The refrigerant in the cooling
system leaks.
The pipe in the cooling
system is blocked.

Solutions
Stop the ice maker, fill it with
potable water, and press the
ON/OFF button to restart the
appliance.
Remove the ice from the ice
basket. Continuously press the
SELECT button for 5s, and the
appliance will make ice 10 cycles
even though the ICE-FULL
indicator is on.
Stop the ice maker, and restart it
when the ice blocks melt. Select
the small size ice cube.
Replace the water. The water
temperature is recommended at
8-32℃.
The room temperature should be
10-43℃, and the water
temperature should be 8-32℃.
