6 First Ride
For your safety, your Ninebot S 2 is not activated at this time and you will hear a voice prompt if there is
someone standing on the foot mat after Power ON.
Until activated, the Ninebot S 2 maintains a very low riding speed and steering sensitivity, and should not be
ridden. Install the app on your mobile device (with Bluetooth 4.2 or above), connect to the Ninebot S 2 with
Bluetooth, and follow the instructions to activate your Ninebot S 2 and follow the training procedures.
Segway-Ninebot app Scan the QR code to download the app.
1 Install app and register/login.
3 Click Vehicle button to connect. Your Ninebot S 2
will beep once when the Bluetooth connection is
successful and the Bluetooth icon will be ON.
Please strictly follow the App instructions to
learn how to ride safely & have fun.
There are safety risks when learning to ride the Ninebot S 2. You must read the Safety Instructions and
follow the New Rider Tutorial in the App before your first ride.
2 Power on, Bluetooth icon flickering indicates
the Ninebot S 2 waiting for connection.
