Please check if the connection of the motor head, track, clutch, chain connect iron, the door and
other relevant components is perfect.
Make sure there's no obstruction during the close way.
Any people or animal are not allowed to pass through the door during setting the limit in order to
avoid any injury, or fault of limit setting.
There should be a position block that can afford 100KG force at the place between the clutch and
the motor head when the door is full open. You also can regard the end of base plate of this motor
head as the position block if the required open limit position is very near to the motor head.
4.1 Press and hold on "SET" button, connect the power supply, and then release the "SET"
button. The red light is on, it's now the limit setting mode.
4.2 Press "SET" button, the door will automatically open, and stop at the position block.
4.3 Then the door will automatically close to the ground and stop.
4.4 Then the door will do self learning to open to normal open limit position and stop. There is a
distance about 20mm away from the position block.
4.5 Then the door will do self learning to full close position and stop.
4.6 After that, the door will again automatically move to full open position and stop.
4.7 Safety reverse checking: After finished the setting, put a piece of wood or other hard objects
with height not less than 40mm on the ground under the door. Close the door, when the door
presses the object, it should immediately stop and reverse.
Note: the step 4.2-4.6 is automatic operation, no need for human help. Any people or animal are
not allowed to pass through the door during setting the limit in order to avoid any injury, or fault of
limit setting.
5. Learn the remote
5.1 Press and hold on "CODE" button about 2 seconds until the yellow code light is on. Press any
button on the supplied remote twice, the yellow code light will flash and off, then the remote is
learnt. Try to press the learnt button on the remote, it can control the motor now.
5.2 Delete the codes: Press and hold on "CODE" button, the yellow code light slowly flash 4
times and off, all the stored codes are deleted.
Manual disengagement
The opener is equipped with a manual release cord to disengage shuttle and move door by hand
while holding the handle down (Fig 16). Pull on the handle to disengage the shuttle. To re-engage
the door simply run opener in automatic mode or move door by hand until the trolley engages in
the chain shuttle.
