INSTALLING DUST COLLECTION HOSE
When cutting a material which generates cutting dust, use
the dust collection hose as follows:
(1) Remove the rubber cap and install the accessory
adapter. (Fig. 4)
(2) Install the dust collector hose for the power tool in the
accessory adapter. (Fig. 4)
CAUTION
Always install a rubber cap on the dust collection
adapter when the dust collection hose is not used.

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING THE
DIAMOND WHEEL
CAUTION
Be sure to disconnect the attachment plug from
the power receptacle to avoid serious trouble.
1.
Mounting the diamond wheel
(1) Remove the cover (A).
(2) Thoroughly remove dust accumulated on the
spindle and washers.
(3) As shown in Fig. 5. the concave portions of wheel
washer and wheel nut must be on the diamond
wheel side.
(4) Thoroughly clamp the wheel nut.

Dismounting the diamond wheel
Use the provided wrench to remove the wheel nut. (Fig.
5)
CAUTION
●
A diamond wheel for mounting on this equipment
must have 7/8" (22.2mm) internal diameter. No
other sized diamond wheel should be used.
The diamond wheel shall have maximum 10 mm
peripheral gap between segments and only a
negative rake angle.
●
Always use the provided wrench to secure the
wheel nut.

CUTTING PROCEDURES
1.
Cutting procedures (Fig. 6)
(1) Place this tool on the material to be cut and align the
cutting line and the diamond wheel.
The cutting can be performed smoothly if you cut
straight ahead on the cutting line in the initial cut.
(2) Turn on the switch when the diamond wheel is not
touching the material to be cut.

Precautions immediately after fi nishing operation
After switching off the machine, do not put it down until
the depressed center wheel has come to a complete
stop. Apart from avoiding serious accidents, this
precaution will reduce the amount of dust and swarf
sucked into the machine.
