TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The toothbrush does
not operate even
when the power is
turned on.
After tuming on the
power, the toothbrush
vibration speed
increases gradually.
After 2 minutes of use
the toothbrush stops
temporarily and starts
again.
The toothbrush
operates only for a
short period of time
even immediately
after being charged.
The toothbrush
doesn't operate.
Possible cause
You did not push the
on/off button long
enough.
This is normal
operation of the
gentie-start function.

ing you that you have
been brushing for 2
minutes.

The main unit was
not positioned
straight up in the
charger and was
unable to charge.

The battery has

straight so that the bottom
