Use four (4) M6x12 bolts
STEP 08
left side of the griddle body�
Install the four (4) control knobs
STEP 10
place in the oFF position�
Thread four (4) metal shelf pegs
STEP 12
washers [f.] into the left side shelf�
Repeat with the right side shelf�

[a.] to attach the side handle to the
[d.] by pushing them into
[b.] through four (4)
❶ ❶ loosely thread one (1) M6x12 bolt

on the front right leg�
Slide the paper towel holder bracket under this screw� ❷ ❷ Use one (1)
M6x12 bolt [a.] to secure� Tighten both bolts�
(Turn the paper towel holder back when not in use�)

Use four (4) M6x12 bolts
STEP 11
bracket (l), and one (1) side shelf bracket (R) to the right side of the
griddle body�
Repeat with the left side of the griddle body�

Thread two (2) M8 step bolts
STEP 13
left side shelf�
Repeat with the right side shelf�

[a.] into the inner hole
[a.] to attach one (1) side shelf
