Hook the right side shelf's M6 step bolts onto the shelf

brackets on the right side of the griddle. Secure the shelf with two (2)
M6 step bolts in the bottom holes of the shelf brackets. Repeat with
the left side shelf.
Install the three (3) control knobs by pushing them into
