The following information on hazards and precautions includes the most likely situations that may arise during use
of this machine. Consult all product documentation, packaging and labels before use.
If you encounter a situation not described in this manual, use common sense to use the machine as safely as possi-
ble and if you see danger, do not use the machine.
USERS

This machine has been designed for use by users of legal age who have read and understood these instructions.
Do not allow underage persons or persons who do not understand these instructions to use the machine.

Before using this machine, familiarize yourself with it. Make sure you know where all the controls are, the safety
devices and how they should be used.

If you are an inexperienced user we recommend that you practice doing simple work and, if possible, in the
company of an experienced person.
PERSONAL SECURITY

Use this machine, accessories, tools, etc. in accordance with these instructions and in the manner provided,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed.

Be alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating this machine.
•
Avoid inhalation of exhaust gases. This machine produces dangerous gases such as carbon monoxide that can
cause dizziness, fainting or death.

Be alert and use common sense when operating the equipment. Don't go too far.
•
Do not use this machine when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications.
•
Do not use this machine if any of its components are damaged.
•
Never use the machine with defective protections or without safety devices.
•
This equipment may be a potential source of electrical shock if used improperly.

Make sure that all power supplies meet the equipment voltage requirements and are turned off before connecting
the equipment.

Avoid unintentional starting of the equipment, make sure the equipment and power supply switches are in the
OFF position before connecting or moving the equipment.

Maintain posture and balance at all times.
•
Do not exceed the nominal capacity of 10 tons.
•
Always use the press with the press table leveled.
•
Always place the press table in the highest possible position for the job you want to do.
•
Always stay away from the hydraulic jack when releasing pressure, and always release the pressure gradually.
•
CRUSH WARNING. When pressing items together, the items must be aligned vertically. Failure to do so may result
in the parts being ejected with force when placed under pressure.
WORK CLOTHES
•
Never use this machine barefoot or with sandals. Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that
may get caught in moving parts. Do not clean the unit with flammable or aggressive abrasive liquid solvents.

We recommend the use of:

Hand protection (resistant and non-slip gloves).

Foot protection (non-slip footwear).
