using a standard short bit of approx. 25 mm in length, when screwing, the cover will rest on the surface and prevent the conical
screw head from protruding above the surface into which it is being screwed.
The screwdriver is ready for use.
Screwdriver assembly for work with screw strip
Slide the long screwdriver bit (IV) into the socket of the screwdriver. The screwdriver is supplied with the most commonly used
cross-head screwdriver bit. In case the bit of diff erent shape is needed, the bit must be of the same length but have a circular
cross-section.
Install the screw strip attachment (V). Push the attachment all the way so that the fi xing spline is completely invisible.
Slide the screw strip into the guide in the attachment (VI) and then move it to the guide in the front of the attachment. Slide the
strip in until the fi rst screw is in the centre of the attachment opening (VII).
The strip installed as on the fi gure (VIII) will ensure smooth movement of the screw strip.
A button is located in the attachment front. Pressing and holding this button (IX) allows for the extension of the metal guide, which
is marked with numbers. The number indicates the length of the screw in millimetres.
At the rear of the guide, there is a knob (X), which allows you to adjust the screw screwing depth within the range set by the guide
extension. The arrows and the screw symbol next to the knob show the rotation direction to increase or decrease the screwing depth.
Caution! Regardless of the chosen version of the screwdriver equipment, it is recommended to carry out screwing tests on waste
material with the same hardness as the target material. The test will allow you to select the desired screwing depth precisely.
SCREWDRIVER OPERATION
Always hold the screwdriver with both hands (XI) when screwing. A strong and fi rm grip will allow you to control the tool. If the
screw is caught, the tool can rotate in the opposite direction to the spindle rotation. A strong and fi rm grip will prevent the screw-
driver from being pulled out of the operator's hands.
When using the screw strip attachment, place the front part of the guide to the screwing area (XII). Then press the power switch
and after starting the motor, press the screwdriver to the screwing area. After screwing, move the screwdriver away from the
screwing area. The strip will be moved automatically so that the next screw in the strip is opposite to the screwdriver bit.
You can change the screwdriver rotation direction by means of the switch located above the power switch (XIII). Arrows on the
screwdriver housing show the direction of screwing or unscrewing screws with right-hand thread.
By turning the knob located on the power switch (XIV), the degree of its pressing is decreased. The less the power switch is
pressed, the lower the motor speed. The arrow on the knob shows the rotation direction. Rotating the knob in the direction of the
"+" symbol increases the speed while rotating in the direction of the "-" symbol decreases the speed.
Power switch lock operation
It is recommended to use the power switch lock in case of prolonged screwing. To do this, while pressing the power switch, press
the lock button with your thumb and release the power switch.
To deactivate the lock, press the electric power switch.
Tips for screwing and unscrewing
In the case of screwing, it is recommended to make a guide hole with the diameter of the screw head. Otherwise, the materials
into which the screws will be screwed may be damaged.
You can screw properly selected screws in soft materials without making the hole. Still, it is recommended to perform a screwing
test on a waster material. The screws for direct screwing should have sharp ends; this will facilitate screwing.
In the case of screwing in small and light components, they must be fastened, e.g. with clamps or vices, before starting work.
Always put the screwdriver bit to the screw head fi rst then turn on the tool. Otherwise, the screwdriver bit or the screw may be
damaged. It can also lead to dangerous situations and serious injuries.
The screwdriver does not start to rotate the spindle with the screwdriver bit holder until it is lightly pressed together with the screw
to the material into which the screw is screwed. It is possible to adjust the rotational speed by pressing the electric power switch.
Maximum speed is achieved by pressing the power switch as far as it goes.
Drilling
It is forbidden to drill using the screwdriver.
The screwdriver is equipped with an anti-overload clutch that starts to operate when the screwdriver reaches its maximum torque.
Therefore, during drilling, the drill bit may stop, crack or destroy the processed material.
MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
ATTENTION! Before any adjustment, technical service or maintenance operations unplug the tool. Once the operations have been
fi nished, the technical conditions of the tool must be assessed by means of external evaluation and inspection of the following
