8.1. Possible situations

ge of the lock.the battery is completely empty or
in bad condition.
The sensor does not detect the strike, it may be
too far away or the door is open.
The distance between the frame lock and the
lock is greater or less than the distance indica-
ted in the manual.
The keyfob or Smartphone is out of range of
the lock, is not in, or has been removed from
the lock's user list.
The keyfob or smartphone is out of range of

There is another user connected to the lock.
There is a lot of noise and interference around.

user, it will receive administrator privileges but
will not be able to use them because the BT
control cannot configure the lock parameters
or manage the users registered in the lock.
