8.2. Theft or loss of remote control or smartphone
The lock has a recovery system in which the user who has registered
as an administrator can create an 8-digit secret key that is stored in
the lock's memory. If you do not have your smartphone or your remote
control for any reason (theft, loss, forgetfulness), by downloading the
App onto the smartphone of someone you know, you can open the
lock using the secret code. This number is not registered on the mobi-
le phone that we have used for greater security.
The key will only work on a mobile phone that has not been
linked to the lock.

NOTE: In case of theft or loss of the Smartphone of a user
associated to the lock, the administrator must delete this user
whose Smartphone or Smart Remote has been lost, in order
to prevent possible intruders.
