TO MEASURE TEMPERATURE
1. Press the power button next to
The display screen turns on. After 3
seconds, the blue backlight flashes
when the thermometer is ready.
2. Place the sensor near the forehead.
For best results, the distance from the
skin should be less than 3cm (1inch).
3. Press the side scan button to begin
the temperature reading.
4. After 1 second, a beeping sound indicates
that the reading is complete. The measured
temperature appears on the display.
5. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to
turn off the device. After 30 seconds of inactivity,
the power shuts off automatically.
NOTE: To take another temperature reading, wait until the blue backlight flashes.
To ensure accurate measurements, please avoid hair covering the forehead. If there
are fringes, uncover them and wait for 3 minutes before taking the measurement.
Use in an environment that's between 59°F (15°C) to 95°F (59°C).
