MAIN FRAME AND SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY
Remove the trailer and all components from carton. While the trailer is still in folded
position, lift both side panels to an upright position.
Place the cross bar into the plastic cross bar catch at the bottom of the side panel.
Be sure to line up the holes in the crossbar with the holes in the catch to allow the
spring clip to be installed. Insert spring chip that is on the strap attached to the side
panel. Lock safety pin as shown in the illustrations below.
The trailer provides one inner D-rings for safety retain.
INSTALLING AND REMOVING WHEELS
Place the wheel hub on the axle by simply pushing in the wheel until it snaps in
place, so the wheel cannot be removed. Push in all the way so that the wheel
cannot be pushed further. After both wheels are assembled/attached pull on the
wheels to ensure they cannot be removed.
To remove the wheels, lift back of trailer up and simply push on the push buttons
located on the axle and remove the wheels.
NOTE: Check tire sidewall for proper tires inflation and check tires regularly.
