Make sure that the air inlet/
exhaust is not blocked.
The air purifier is very noisy.
There is a foreign body in
the air inlet/exhaust.
Remove the foreign body

Maintenance
Cleaning the Purifier
Before cleaning the device, check that the air
purifier's power supply is fully disconnected.
Clean the air purifier's casing with a slightly
damp cloth (with water or a gentle cleaning
solution). Do not use thinner or other corrosive
or abrasive cleaning products because the sur-
face might get damaged.
Cleaning the filter
Only the pre-filter is washable. Check that it is
dry before fixing to the HEPA filter and activat-
ed carbon filter.
The filter needs to be cleaned regularly (once
a month) for efficient and hygienic use. Clean
the three-layer filter with the nozzle of a vacu-
um brush. For a full clean, remove the pre-fil-
ter, then clean the carbon filter and the HEPA
filter with the nozzle of a vacuum brush. Then
replace the pre-filter on the HEPA filter.
The three-layer filter must be replaced after
4,320 hours of use (see chapter on "Changing
the air filter").
Storage
If you do not use the device for a prolonged
period, we recommend that you store it once
cleaned in its original packaging and do not
put anything on top of it.
