Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 years and above, under the supervision of a
responsible adult keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of young children.
USING YOUR GRIDDLE
1. Before first use, please see CLEANING INSTRUCTION and
HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF NON-STICK SURFACES
2. Connect the main plug to an adequate earth socket
3. Set the required temperature by using the temperature
control OFF/MIN/1/2/3/4/5. The indicator should light up.
4. On its first use, the unit may emit a light smell this is normal
and should only last for a short period. Ensure sufficient
ventilation.
5. As soon as this temperature is attained, the check light goes
off.
6. When the grill has cooled down, the grill is heats up again
automatically. The indicator glows until the set temperature
is reached again.
7. Always turn the temperature control OFF/MIN/1/2/3/4/5 to
"OFF", to switch off the grill
8. Pull out the mains plug from the socket and pull the plug
from the connecting socket.
9. Carry the grill must be carried by the handles
10. Leave the grill to cool out of the reach of children.
CAUTION: Grill surfaces will be hot during normal use.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: No parts should be placed in a dishwasher.
1. Unplug and allow to cool to a safe working temperature
before cleaning or moving.
2. Remove cord set (DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER), wipe
with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: Probe and probe receptacle must always be
completely dry before use. The connection must be
removed before the appliance is cleaned and that the
appliance inlet must be dried before the appliance is used
again.
HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF NON-STICK SURFACES
• To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not stack
objects on grill.
