RECORDING FROM THERADIO
Recording
is done on the side facing the cassette
holder.
Use type I (normal) tapes.

For CSD-ES770,
make sure that the ~ light of the OPE/BATT/DIR
indicator
is on. If it is not on, press the DIR button to turn it on.
Set the BAND switch
to select
a band.
Turn the TUNING
control
to tune in to a station.
Press the
REC button
to start
recording.
The PLAY button is depressed
automatically.
The REVERSE
MODE
button
is also depressed
(CSD-ES770
only).
Basic operation
