Use two (2) M5x24 shoulder bolts
STEP 07
[l.] to attach one (1) shelf rail to one (1) side shelf�
Repeat with the other shelf�
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top forward to lock
the griddle in place�
Hang the grease cup in the slot at the back of the

griddle body�
Make sure the front pins are
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back�
❶ ❶ Place the two front pins into
the front locking holes and push
the griddle top back�
❷ ❷ Then, set the two rear pins
into the rear holes�

loosen the two (2) M6x12 bolts on the right side of the

griddle body�
Hook the right side shelf on these bolts and use two (2) M6x12 bolts
[a.] to secure the side shelf to the right side of the griddle body�
Tighten all four screws�
Repeat with the left side shelf�
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top forward to lock
the griddle in place�
With the help of another person, place the griddle top
STEP 10
and hood on the main body by aligning the 4 pins to the holes of
the body�
Make sure the front pins are
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back�
❶ ❶ Place the two front pins into
the front locking holes and push
the griddle top back�
❷ ❷ Then, set the two rear pins
into the rear holes�
