STATIC OVEN
The following instructions are valid for the UPPER STATIC OVEN, LOWER STATIC OVEN
and COMPLETE STATIC OVEN functions.
We recommend using only the upper or lower heating elements for uneven cooking,
more intense on one surface than the other, while full cooking provides more
distributed heat and greater heating.
Once one of these three programs described above has been selected, the preset
temperature and duration of the timer can be modified according to the cooking
needs, the nature of the food and the final result to be obtained.
After pressing START to select the desired program, the display indicates the pre-set
temperature with a flashing writing on the display; by pressing the UP and DOWN
buttons it is possible to increase or decrease the temperature by 5° C within the limits
indicated in the previous table, up to the desired value, and then confirm with the
START button. By pressing the STOP button, you go back to the program selection.
The display switches to displaying the timer, the period of time after which cooking
stops and the appliance switches to stand-by mode. By pressing the UP and DOWN
buttons the time increases or decreases within the limits indicated in the previous
table, by pressing START the selected cooking starts. Press the STOP button to return
to the previous selection (temperature).
During cooking, the display alternately shows the set temperature value and the
residual cooking time, starting from what was previously selected and decreasing the
display as time goes by: the icons and flash, giving an indication of the
process in progress. It is possible to interrupt cooking by pressing the STOP button at
any time, if the button panel is not locked, as shown by the icon and described in
the following chapters; in this case, proceed to unlock the button to stop cooking with
the STOP button.
PRESET PROGRAM
After having selected the PRESET PROGRAM (icon ), by pressing the START button,
the symbol "C01" flashes on the display, to indicate that the first program among the
11 available presets has been selected. These programs provide a specific
temperature, timer duration and configuration of the heating elements and fan for
particular types of food, ensuring optimal cooking.
