For optimal positioning, place the speakers in the vertical position at the height of the
listener's ears (take a point mid way between the tweeter and the woofer as your reference)
and slightly tilted towards the listener.
It is advisable to mechanically decouple the monitors from the desk using specific
supports made of insulating foam (not included) to prevent undesirable resonance. Avoid
placing any obstacles in front of the drive units and particularly the reflex ports on the rear
of the speakers, which ideally should not be positioned directly against a wall to avoid
compromising the audio quality.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The speaker does not power up
Check that there is a correct power supply upstream from the system.
Check that the power cord is plugged in correctly.
Check that the ON/OFF switch is on.
The speaker turns on but produce any sound
Check the audio input and Bluetooth connections.

Check that the cables used are not damaged. Use only quality cables in good condition.
Check that the audio sources are switched on and show an output signal.
Check that the MAIN LEVEL control knob is set to an appropriate level.
The speakers do not allow stereo reproduction
Check the connection between the active and passive speakers.
Undesirable resonance, particularly in low frequencies
Follow the installation recommendations and set the Bass Boost control to eliminate any
undesirable resonance due to the position of the monitors in the listening environment.
