5. Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Sinji Cordless Vacuum
Cleaner does not work
Main roller brush does not
work
Sinji Cordless Vacuum
Cleaner cannot pick-up
dust; suction power has
become weak
Dust leak from handheld
vacuum cleaner
Battery cannot be
charged
Hear strange noise when
the vacuuming
POSSIBLE REASON
1. The battery has not been charged.
2. Dead battery(battery won't
hold charge).
3. Connector between the unit
and the charger is dirty.
4. No power in electrical outlet
supplying transformer.
5. Charger is plugged in.
6. System is protected.
1. The main roller brush is blocked
with debris or string etc.
2. The belt is broken.
3. Sinji Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
is not connected correctly.
1. Dust container is full.
2. Dust filter needs cleaning or
replacement.
3. Unit needs recharging.
1. Dust container is full.
2. Dust filter is not installed correctly.
3. Puncture/hole in dust filter
Battery has reached the end of
its service ife.
Check whether the main roller brush or
dust filter is blocked by dust or big ob
ects; check whether dust container is
full.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Charge unit.
2. Contact the customer service or
dispose of unit.
3. Wipe and clean dirt from connector.
4. Check fuse or breaker, replace fuse/
reset breaker.
5. Unplug charger.
6. Activate the system with the charger.
1. Remove debris from main roller brush .
If there
is string or thread wrapped cut gently
with scissors.
2. Contact the customer service
3. Connect the Sinji Cordless Vacuum
Cleaner correctly.
1. Empty dust container
2. Remove dust filter assembly and check
for object(s) in suction inlet and remove.
Clean or replace dust filter assembly.
3. Charge unit.
1. Empty dust container
2. Review the dust filter assembly
installation instructions.
3. Replace dust filter assembly.
Contact the customer service
Stop to use the appliance to prevent
damage. Clean the dust filter assembly and
main roller brush and empty the dust container.
If the problem maintains, contact the customer
service.
