Before each use
!
WARNING! Examine the product
before each use, ensure it is free of
damage, congestions and all parts work
as intended. Rubber parts such as the
hoses or O-rings must not show any
cracks or appear porous. Pay particular
attention to the safety devices. Ensure
all connections are fitted tightly.
Pump the empty spray tank (15) to ap-
prox. 2,5 bar ≈ 32 strokes. The pressure
must not fall noticeable in 30 minutes.
In case it does, see Troubleshooting.
Pump the empty spray tank (15) to
approx. 2,5 ~3,0 bar ≈ 32~38 strokes. The
safety valve must raise and release the
overpressure. In case it does not, see
Troubleshooting.
Filling the tank
!
WARNING! Do not exceed the
nominal volume! Ensure the liquid to be
sprayed is compatible with the product,
its use is permitted in your location,
and it is mixed in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.
Remove the pump unit (16) from the
spray tank (15) (see Removing / insert-
ing the pump unit).
Fill the tank with the desired amount
of liquid. Pouring liquids through a
sieve while filling it is recommended.
Observe the liquid level indicator (14)
and ensure the nominal volume is not
exceeded (see Technical data).
Insert the pump unit (16) carefully back
into the spray tank (15).
Clean spillage immediately to avoid
environmental contamination.
Building up pressure
!
WARNING! Do not exceed the
maximum working pressure! Do not
use the product without pressure and
observe the recommend working pres-
sures (see Pressure guide).
NOTE: This product is equipped with a
pressure valve (7) that prevents spraying
with insufficient pressure. The pressure
valve (7) will open for spray action as
soon as the pressure exceeds 2,5~2,8
bar and closes when the pressure drops
under 2,5 bar. In this case, build up
pressure again. The opening/closing
pressure cannot be adjusted.
Disengage the pump handle lock (16a)
(see Unlocking / locking the pump
handle).
Lift and push down the pump handle
(16c) repeatedly to build up pressure.
When the desired pressure is reached
(see Pressure guide), push down the
pump handle (16c) and engage the
pump handle lock (16a).

Releasing pressure
!
WARNING! Little drops of liquid,
mist or fumes may escape from the
safety valve when releasing pressure.
Keep your face away and protect your-
self with personal protective equipment
(PPE) from hazardous substances!
The safety valve (7) automatically re-
leases overpressure if the tank pres-
sure exceeds the maximum working
pressure.
The safety valve (7) can also be used
manually to release pressure in order to
