TROUBLESHOOTING

tenance and repair work must be per-
formed by the manufacturer, its service
agent, or similarly qualified persons.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Build-up/ The pump unit (16) is not screwed on
pressure tightly
O-ring on pump unit (16) is faulty
Pump diaphragm faulty
The pump piston O-ring is faulty
Safety valve (6) is not screwed on
tightly
O-ring on the safety valve (6) is faulty
Safety valve (6) is clogged
The suction hose (10) is not screwed
on tightly to the suction hose termi-
nal (13)
O-ring on suction hose terminal (13)
faulty
The suction hose (10) is not screwed
tightly to the handle (9)
Build-up/ Trigger unit (8) is faulty
pressure
Trigger unit (8) is not tightly screwed
to the pressure valve (7)
Trigger unit O-ring (8a) is faulty
Pressure valve (7) is faulty
SOLUTION
Screw the pump unit (16) on tightly
Have the O-ring on the pump unit (16)
replaced
Have the pump diaphragm replaced
Have the pump piston O-ring replaced
Screw the safety valve (6) on tightly
Have the O-ring on the safety valve (6)
replaced
Have the safety valve (6) checked
Screw the suction hose (10) on tightly
to the suction hose terminal (13)
Have the O-ring at the suction hose
terminal (13) replaced
Screw the suction hose (10) tightly to
the handle (9)
Replace the trigger unit (8)
Screw the trigger unit (8) tightly to the
pressure valve (7)
Replace the trigger unit O-ring (8a)
Replace the pressure valve (7)
