3. Close the lid of the frying basket 12 .
4. Using the bow handle 11 , lift the frying basket 12 first into the receptacle on the
left side and then hook in the right side.
Make sure that the frying basket is engaged on both sides.
Use with the rotary skewer and fixing clamps
Do not choose a roast that is too large. The food must be far enough away
from the inner walls and the heating rods. It should not touch them under
any circumstances.
1. Rub the rotary skewer 9 and the fixing clamps 10 with cooking oil.
2. Poultry is dressed before grilling. Tie the wings and thighs tightly to the body with
kitchen twine.
3. Carefully place the dressed poultry or roast on the rotary skewer 9 .
4. Slide the fixing clamps 10 onto the rotary skewer 9 and secure the roast with them.
5. Screw the fixing clamps 10 tight with the locking screws 6 .
6. Using the bow handle 11 , lift the rotary skewer 9 into the holder on the left-hand
side first and then hook in the right-hand side.
Make sure that the rotary skewer is engaged on both sides.
Use with the rotary skewer, fixing discs and the skewers
1. Load the skewers 5 with the desired ingredients.
2. Slide the fixing discs 7 onto the rotary skewer 9 .
3. Screw the fixing discs 7 tight with the locking screws 6 .
4. Insert the skewers 5 into the fixing discs 7 .

5. Insert the skewer 5 into a hole in the fixing disc 7 .
6. Squeeze the bent end of the skewer 5 to fix it in the recess in the opposite fixing
disc 7 .
7. Using the bow handle 11 , lift the fully loaded rotary skewer 9 first into the
receptacle on the left side and then hook in the right side.
Make sure that the rotary skewer is engaged on both sides.
