Problem
The product cannot be
switched on.
Charging is not possible.
The product does not return
to the charging station.
The product does not run as
usual.
Insufficient cleaning
performance
The product makes unusual
operating noises.
Possible cause
The charge level is too low.
The ambient temperature is
lower than 0 °C.
Charging is not possible.
The charging station has no
power or the charging
contacts are dirty.
There is a fault.
The side brushes are blocked
or dirty.
The filter is dirty.
The suction opening is
blocked.
The dust container is full.

Troubleshooting
Fully charge the product.
Operate the product at an
ambient temperature of 0 - 40
°C.
Check the power supply to
the charging station.
Check the power supply to
the charging station and clean
the contacts on the charging
station and the Robot Vacuum
Cleaner.
Switch off the Robot Vacuum
Cleaner and restart it.
Check the side brushes for
blockage and dirt. Clean the
parts accordingly.
Clean or replace the filter.
Clean the suction opening.
Remove and clean the dust
container.
