With the help of another person, place the griddle top onto
STEP 04
the griddle body by aligning the four foot pins to the holes on top of
the unit�
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top forward to lock
the griddle in place�

Use the four (4) M4x10 screws pre-installed in the hard cover

handles to attach the two (2) hard cover handles and two (2) hard
cover hooks to the hard cover�
Place the two front pins into the
front locking holes and push the
griddle top and hood back� Then,
set the two rear pins into the
rear holes�

With the help of another person, guide the regulator
STEP 05
hose into the regulator channel and set the griddle into the
CHEF'S TABLE�
