Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees that the BEMER Horse products, under normal conditions of
use and maintenance, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
36 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to products or parts thereof
that were not properly used or where changes have been made. Improper use of BEMER VET
products will void this warranty.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a product that was returned to the manufacturer
within the warranty period. The warranty is subject to the manufacturer accepting that the product is
defective and the fault is not due to improper use or alteration to the appliance or to abnormal
operating conditions.
Any warranty is void if repairs to BEMER Horse set products are carried out by unauthorized parties.
The terms of this guarantee apply exclusively and in place of all other contractual or statutory
obligations, including, but not limited to the legal warranty regulations of the marketability, the
suitability and the expediency for the specific application.
The manufacturer will not accept liability for direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages,
regardless of whether they are due to legal, illegal or other acts.
Warranty and liability claims for injury and damage to property are excluded if they result from
one or more of the following reasons:
• Improper use of BEMER Horse set products.
• Improper operation or maintenance
of the BEMER Horse set devices.
• Unauthorized modification and/or conversion
of BEMER Horse set devices.
For a three-year warranty, your product must be registered within eight weeks from the date of
purchase. Your retailer will register the device for you. For detailed and country-specific information

• Use of spare parts or accessories not approved
by the manufacturer.
• Disaster and force majeure.
