Electrical safety
1. Ensure the rated voltage
shown on the rating label
corresponds with the voltage
of the power supply.
2. Do not operate any appliance
with a damaged power cord
or plug, when the appliance
malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
3. Protect the power cord against
damages. Do not let it hang
over sharp edges, do not
squeeze or bend it. Keep
the power cord away from
hot surfaces and ensure that
nobody can trip over it.
4. Do not insert fingers or foreign
objects in any opening of the
appliance and do not obstruct
the air vents.
5. Protect the appliance against
heat. Do not place close to
heat sources such as stoves
or heating appliances.
6. Power off the appliance before
speed change.
Residual risks
1. Danger of injury during
maintenance: When reaching
behind the safety guard or
removing the casing during
maintenance, it is possible
to access the moving parts
of the appliance. Do not
introduce limbs or objects into
these parts without having
disconnected the appliance
from all electricity. Otherwise
serious physical injuries can
occur.
2. Danger of electrocution:
The appliance must not be
operated without an adequate
earthing system. It must
be connected to a system
installed in compliance with
the national construction
standards.
3. Danger of injury during
automatic cycle: After
starting the appliance, it
follows an automatic operating
cycle. Never move past the
safety barriers with your limbs
or objects while it is running.

Removing/attaching the bowl
1.
Turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the
power supply.
2.
Lower the bowl using the lifting/lowering lever.
3.
Open the movable safety guard.

Whisk: Used for
stirring liquids, such as
cream or egg whites.
Recommended speed:
setting 2 or 3.
Beater: Used for stirring
pastes or powdered
ingredients, such as for
stuffing or cake dough.
Recommended speed:
start with setting 1, end
with setting 2.
Spiral dough hook:
Used for stirring sticky
foodstuffs, such as bread
dough.
Recommended speed:
setting 1.
