INITIAL OPERATION
1. Before using for the first time please clean the machine as described under "Cleaning" below.
2. Unwind the mains lead on the base and assemble the machine according to the description of the
individual parts.
USING THE MACHINE
1. Place the device on a firm and flat surface. Position it such that it cannot tilt over.
2. Place the jug in the center of the housing (position the recess in the jug over the drive axle) and turn
until tight.
3. Now insert the filter into the jug.
4. Always press the small pressing cone firmly onto the filter strainer first until it locks in place. Then
place the large pressing cone in position, depending on the size of the fruit.
● Large press cone: large citrus fruit (oranges, grapefruit, etc.)
● Small press cone: small citrus fruit (lemons, limes, etc.)
5. Halve the citrus fruit in the middle. Press the fleshy side of one half of the fruit on the conical press
and keep pressed. The machine starts turning automatically. Results can be improved by releasing
the pressure and then pressing again. This changes the direction of rotation.
CAUTION!
Do not use the device for more than 2 minutes.
6. The juice now flows into the container (max. 1.6L). The flesh of the fruit and the pips remain in the
filter.
7. Now take out the jug to pour the juice.
8. Pull the plug out of the socket after use and clean the device as described below.

CLEANING
1. Please, remove the mains plug before the device is cleaned.
2. Clean the lemon squeezer every time it is used.
3. Clean the juice container, the filter, the two pressing cones and the transparent lid in soap and
water. Pull the small pressing cone carefully out of the filter strainer in order to clean it. Do not use
abrasive or aggressive cleaners.
4. Clean the outer motor casing and the wire with a slightly moist cloth and then wipe with a dry cloth.
5. Never immerse the housing with motor in water!

The product you acquire is intended to be used only in standard home, thus guarantee does not
include use in professional establishments, bad use, or abnormal wear not according to the care tips
provided.
If you find your product defective during the guarantee period, the owner may send the product well-
identified with name and contact phone, with postage paid to: Bergner Europe S.L, Carretera del
Aeropuerto, Kilómetro. 4, Edificio San Lamberto, Planta 3, 50011 Zaragoza, España.
Bergner Europe S.L will then examine the product, and if it is found to be defective, BERGNER will
replace the product for a new one, or, a similar product if it is no longer available.
This guarantee will be valid only against the presentation of dated proof of purchase and this
guaranteed card and the purchase receipt of the product.
