CAUTION
Always wear eye protection when installing/removing e-rings.
5. InstaHH e°ring with pHiers_squeezing from top of eoring
to bottom of axHe.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 to secure second wheel.
7. Tip generator so that engine side is down.
8. Line up holies in support Hegwith holies in generator
frame.
9. Attach support Hegusing 2 capscrews (MS x H 6 ram)
and 2 hex nuts.Tighten with a H/2" or H3mm socket
wrench and H/2" or H3mm wrench.
H0. Return generator to normaH operating position (resting
on wheeHs and support Heg).
BEFORE STARTING THE
ENGINE
Add Engine Oil
o PHace generator on a HeveH surface.
Add
Fuel
NOTE: This gasoHine engine is certified to operate on
gasoHine. Exhaust Emission ControH System: EP1 (Engine
Hodifications).
WHEN
ADDING FUEL
Turn generator OFF and let it cool at least 2 minutes before
removing fuel cap. Loosen cap slowly to retieve pressure in
tank,
Fill fuel tank outdoors.
DO NOT overfill tank.Allow space for fuel expansion.
Keep fuel away from sparks, open flames, pilot lights, heat, and
other ignition sources_
DO NOT light a cigarette or smoke.
H. Use cHean, fresh, reguHar UNLEADED gasoline with a
minimum of 85 octane. DO NOT use fuel which
contains HethanoH. DO NOT mix oiH with fuel.
2. CHean area around fuel firthcap, remove cap.
3. SHowilyadd reguHar unHeaded gasoHine to fuel tank. Be
carefuH not to overfiHH.AHHow about H.5" of tank space
for fuel expansion (Figure 2).

NOTE: The generator assembH 7 rotates on a preHubricated
and seaHed bah bearing that requires no additionaH
Hubrication for the life of the bearing.
4. Install fueH cap and wipe up any spiHHedfuel
