KITCHEN TIPS
1. Chilled ingredients, such as butter and eggs, should be at room
temperature before your preparation begins. Prepare these ingredients in
advance.
2. To eliminate the possibility of shells or spoiled eggs in your recipe, first
crack the eggs into a separate container, then add them to the mixture.
3. Do not beat the preparations too much. Be sure to mix only until the
recipe recommends it. Stir in dry ingredients only until just combined.
Always use slow speed.
4. Weather conditions. Temperature changes the temperature of the
ingredients and their variation in texture from area to area all play a role
in the mixing time required and the results achieved.
IMPORTANT WARRANTY
Always start blending on the lowest speed. When the
ingredients form a smooth paste, gradually increase to
the speed recommended in the recipe card.
NEVER PLACE THE BEATER, WHISK AND DOUGH
HOOK IN THE DISHWASHER.
